Shipping Information:

Orders placed Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed & shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization & verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email w/tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS.

We recommend USPS Priority Mail w/signature for orders over $200.

Free shipping offers are valid only within the continental United States only. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Exchanges/Returns:

We want our customers to love wearing their new jewelry! A customer may exchange/return any item within 30 days of shipment. The Item(s) must be in original packaging, new saleable condition & accompanied by an exchange return form.

Please email us at customerlove@rockhill-designs.com to initiate a return. Your refund (less any handling and shipping charges) will be credited back to your original form of payment. It may take up to 5-7 business days to show in your statement.
