My jewelry is tarnishing; what do I do?

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and may tarnish over time, especially when exposed to moisture, humidity, lotions, perfumes, and other chemicals. Gently polish your jewelry with a treated silver polishing cloth to restore its shine. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry, airtight bag or jewelry box. Avoid storing sterling silver in the bathroom, where humidity can accelerate tarnishing.

How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock orders are normally processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, our Customer Love team will contact you.

What is your jewelry made of?

Materials are listed in each product description. RockHill Designs primarily features .925 sterling silver, freshwater pearls, semi-precious and natural stones, Roman glass, and other carefully selected materials. Because many stones and pearls are natural, slight variations in color, shape, and texture are part of what makes each piece unique.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or using household cleaners. Apply lotions, hairspray, perfume, and other beauty products before putting on your jewelry. Sterling silver can be gently cleaned with a treated polishing cloth. Pearls and many natural stones should not be submerged in jewelry cleaner; instead, wipe them gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow them to dry completely before storing.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of shipment, provided it is in its original packaging and condition. To begin a return or exchange, please email our Customer Love team at customerlove@rockhill-designs.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and eligible refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.
