payment:

RockHill Designs accepts American Express, Discover, Visa,  MasterCard, and PayPal. Charges will appear on your statement as ‘RockHill Designs.’

coupons and discounts:

Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

e-gift cards:

RockHill Designs e-gift cards can be redeemed online and at corporate events or pop-ups. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold, or transferred for value except where required by law. Gift e-cards cannot be used to purchase other e-gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to buy an e-gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of an e-gift card. RockHill Designs will not replace lost or stolen e-gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.  E-gift cards cannot be redeemed outside of the United States. Terms of use:

-You cannot purchase an e-card with another e-card.

-If the amount of your online e-card does not cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.

-If the amount of your e-card is MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored with your RockHill Designs online account for your next purchase using the same e-card code.

promotion information:

Items purchased as part of a “Gift with Purchase” or “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion may be returned in accordance with our return policy. If the qualifying purchase is returned, any promotional gift received with the order must also be returned. If the promotional gift is not returned, the refund may be reduced by the retail value of the gift. Promotional gifts are not eligible for separate return or exchange.

All promotions are available while supplies last and are subject to the terms stated with each offer. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers may be limited to specific dates or quantities.

returns/exchanges: 

We want our customers to love wearing their new jewelry! A customer may return or exchange any item within 30 days of shipment. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, saleable condition.

Please email us at customerlove@rockhill-designs.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligible refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5–7 business days after your refund is processed for the credit to appear on your statement

care and cleaning:

Our jewelry is not waterproof; please remove when showering or swimming. Clean with a jewelry polishing pad; do not immerse in silver jewelry cleaner.

Pearls will retain their luster when put on last, after applying lotions, hairspray, and perfume.

Your jewelry will also come with a care card.

limited warranty:

RockHill Designs warrants its jewelry against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage or care, or items that have been altered or repaired by someone other than RockHill Designs.

Proof of purchase may be required. If an item is determined to have a covered defect, RockHill Designs may, at its discretion, repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or provide another appropriate resolution if repair or replacement is not available.
