RockHill Designs accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Charges will appear on your statement as ‘RockHill Designs.’
coupons and discounts:
Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated.
e-gift cards:
RockHill Designs e-gift cards can be redeemed online and at a corporate event or pop-up. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value except where required by law. Gift e-cards cannot be used to purchase other e-gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase an e-gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of an e-gift card. RockHill Designs will not replace lost or stolen e- gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase. E-gift cards cannot be redeemed outside of the United States. Terms of use:
-You cannot purchase an e-card with another e-card.
-If the amount of your online e-card does not cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.
-If the amount of your e-card is MORE than the total order amount, the balance will be stored with your RockHill Designs online account for your next purchase using the same e-card code.

promotion information:
Any product purchased during a "Gift with Purchase" or "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion may be returned. Please include the gifted product with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift. The gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.
All promotions are available while supplies last. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax or shipping charges. Offers may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe.
returns/exchanges:
We want our customers to love wearing their new jewelry! A customer may exchange/return any item within 30 days of shipment. The Item(s) must be in original packaging, new saleable condition and accompanied by an exchange return form.

Your refund (less any handling and shipping charges) will be credited back to your original form of payment. It may take up to 5-7 business days to show in your statement once the return is approved, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
care and cleaning:
Our jewelry is not waterproof; please remove when showering or swimming. Clean with a jewelry polishing pad, do not immerse in silver jewelry cleaner. Pearls will retain their luster if put on last after applying your lotions, hairspray, and perfume. Your jewelry will come with a care card as well.
limited warranty:
WARRANTY: The Company warrants its Products are free of material and workmanship defects for one year from the date of shipment (the Warranty). The Warranty does not cover (a) any Product which has been repaired or altered in such a way, in the Company's judgment, as to affect the Product adversely; (b) any Product which has, in the Company's judgment, been subject to normal wear and tear or negligence, accident or improper use or storage; (c) any Product which has not been maintained in accordance with normal practice and in conformity with recommendations and published specifications of the Company. To validate, the purchaser should furnish Proof of Purchase with shipment date. The Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, as Company may elect, of any defective part. If the warrantied product is not available or reparable, the Company will replace the product with one of equal value. The Company requires the return of the defective material, transportation prepaid, for inspection. The transportation costs of the product to the Company’s place of business are not included. THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
