Shipping Information

In-stock orders are normally processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders, including Alaska and Hawaii. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may vary.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love wearing your new jewelry!

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of shipment, provided it is in its original packaging and in new, saleable condition.

To begin a return or exchange, please email our Customer Love team at customerlove@rockhill-designs.com. Eligible refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days after your refund is processed for the credit to appear on your statement.
