Shipping Information:

In-stock orders are normally processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. 

We recommend USPS Priority Mail w/signature for orders over $200.

Free shipping offers are only valid in the continental US. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Exchanges/Returns:

We want you to love wearing your new jewelry!

You can return/exchange any item within 30 days of shipment for a refund minus shipping costs. (The item must be in its original packaging and condition.) Please email us at customerlove@rockhill-designs.com to initiate a return. Your refund (less any handling and shipping charges) will be credited back to your original form of payment. It may take 5-7 business days to show in your statement.
