Shipping & Returns


Shipping Information:

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed & shipped within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization & verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email w/tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS. As of 1/12/24, our flat rate shipping will increase to $8.25. This reflects the increased cost of USPS shipping rates and packaging materials over the last several years. 

We recommend USPS Priority Mail w/signature for orders over $200.

Free shipping offers are valid only within the continental United States only. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Exchanges/Returns:

NOTE: If you purchased it as part of our fundraising effort for Hope House, you can exchange or return your item(s) for store credit only within 30 days of shipment, minus shipping costs. (The item must be in its original packaging and condition.) Please email us at customerlove@rockhill-designs.com to initiate your return.

For all other orders, you can return/exchange any item within 30 days of shipment for a refund minus shipping costs. (The item must be in its original packaging and condition.) Please email us at customerlove@rockhill-designs.com to initiate a return. Your refund (less any handling and shipping charges) will be credited back to your original form of payment. It may take 5-7 business days to show in your statement.
