Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed & shipped within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization & verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email w/tracking information when the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS. As of 1/12/24, our flat rate shipping will increase to $8.25. This reflects the increased cost of USPS shipping rates and packaging materials over the last several years. 

We recommend USPS Priority Mail w/signature for orders over $200.

Free shipping offers are valid only within the continental United States only. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Exchanges/Returns:

We want you to love wearing your new jewelry!

You can return/exchange any item within 30 days of shipment for a refund minus shipping costs. (The item must be in its original packaging and condition.) Please email us at customerlove@rockhill-designs.com to initiate a return. Your refund (less any handling and shipping charges) will be credited back to your original form of payment. It may take 5-7 business days to show in your statement.

Note: For holiday purchases- our exchange/return policy will be extended until January 16h, 2026.
